Prepare the following to make Alaskan Crab Wrap Sandwich:
1 pound of thawed Alaskan Crab Legs (Dungeness, King or Snow)
4 12 to 14 inch of warmed flour tortillas
4 ounce of diced ripe Brie cheese
4 cups of mixed baby lettuce
1 cup of diced tomato
4 slices of cooked bacon
cup of low fat mayonnaise
1 1/2 teaspoon of chopped fresh dill
Remove the crab meat from the shell. Set aside. Mix low fat mayonnaise and fresh dill in a container. Heat the crab meat in the sauce pan. Add Brie cheese. Set the temperature to medium and wait until cheese melts. Prepare the warmed tortillas. Spread over the mixed mayonnaise and dill. Place the brie and crab mixture, baby lettuces, tomatoes and chopped cooked bacon. Fold the tortillas in the ends and roll like that of a cigar. Cut into two before serving.
